Welcome to Reaching Out!
Our mission is to promote the networking, visibility, and education capabilities of LGBT business leaders around the globe. This annual event draws over 1,000 of the brightest current and future LGBT students and executives from the world's leading business schools and companies. The 2010 Conference will leverage the great strides toward equality made by LGBT professionals in recent years and emphasize that, given these uncertain economic times, building our networks and leadership abilities within the LGBT community is more important than ever. That’s why the 2010 ROMBA Conference Theme, “Life on the Q-List,” will target ways of building out and reinforcing our LGBT networks across the country and world.
