Treks are an amazing opportunity for admitted LGBTQ+ MBA students to connect with a range of top-tier companies looking for MBA talent. The treks run through June and July every summer and focus on the following industries: finance, consulting, technology, marketing/retail, and healthcare. Each trek has a different industry focus and allows students to get a feel for a “day in the life”. Applications for the 2024 Summer Treks will open in early spring 2024! Please note that all dates are subject to change.
Finance Trek: New York City
June 10-11, 2024
New York City, NY
Working in finance can be a lucrative career with many different paths to success. Whether the interest lies in investment banking, risk management, or one of the many other areas in finance, this trek is a great place for admitted LGBTQ+ MBAs to increase their understanding of the opportunities that one can pursue.
The companies that participated in 2023 are: Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Pfizer, Guggenheim Securities, and UBS Financial Services.
Consulting Trek: Chicago
June 20-21, 2024

Is a career in consulting right for you? What sorts of skills make for a good consultant? This trek is designed as a learning and networking opportunity for admitted LGBTQ+ MBAs to understand the world of consulting. Participants will hear from a number of consultants and leave with the knowledge of differences between major firms, what opportunities there are to join the workforce, and an understanding of real-life expectations in this exciting industry.
The companies that participated in 2023 are: BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, Kearney, Bain & Company, and Accenture.
Boston Trek
June 27-28, 2024

Designed for admitted LGBTQ+ MBAs, this trek will give you a snapshot of culture and career from several industries including healthcare, consulting, and more.
The companies that participated in 2023 are: BCG, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, MFS Investment Management, L.E.K. Consulting, MITIMCo, and Keystone Strategy.
Seattle Trek

How do you find out where your place is in a world where technology is changing and evolving every day? From start-ups to tech giants, there are as many opportunities as there are businesses. Designed for admitted LGBTQ+ MBAs, this trek will give you a snapshot of culture and career from some of the world's leading tech companies.
