For 25 years, the LGBTQ+ business community has built a strong, visible, and vibrant network—creating the infrastructure, opening doors, and paving pathways for new generations of LGBTQ+ leaders. Many of us found our voice, our network, and even our first big career breakthrough through this work.

This year, demand for our Student Access Fund reached an all-time high—and nearly 30% of students who applied could not access ROMBA because we simply could not say yes to all of our applicants. At a moment when inclusion commitments are shifting, these barriers threaten the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders.

Reaching Out MBA continues to lead, expanding access to leadership programming, student fellowships, and career development for thousands of LGBTQ+ MBAs and early-career professionals each year. But we cannot meet this rising need without you.
