Beyond Words: Crafting Safe and Inclusive Spaces Through Action
This session will focus on inclusivity in the LGBTQ+ community, with a particular emphasis on creating safe and inclusive spaces. Also, we will discuss the importance of inclusivity and why it matters in the LGBTQ+ community. Further, we will explore some of the challenges that LGBTQ+ individuals may face in their daily lives, including discrimination and stigma. Finally, we will discuss some techniques for creating safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals and focus on supporting international LGBTQ students.
Breakout: ROMBA WERK Room – Building an Actionable Strategy for Your Club
This 2-part workshop aims to empower club leaders with a chance to plan their club's direction and have tools and resources to fall back on during their leadership. The first part of the workshop will focus on setting a north star for the club - priorities, focus and vision. The second part will focus on execution, planning the calendar year and dealing with potential challenges.
Breakout: Activism & Advocacy: LGBTQ+ MBAs for Change
MBAs for queer liberation! This session reviews national legislation centered around the queer community. It provides proactive and reactive tools for LGBTQ+ MBAs looking to lead in activism and advocacy, utilizing interactive exercises to practice techniques learned in-session.
The three club finalists will present their pitches in a chance to win $5000 for their club. All student club leader attendees will vote for the club of their choosing.

Embracing Intersectionality Through a One-of-A-Kind Bingo Game
Hear from a panel of speakers on how to be an inclusive leader within the LGBTQ+ community. This session will focus on how to be more inclusive towards members who aren't outThere's no better way to know your peers than playing a one-of-a-kind Bingo game. Let's go beyond the acronyms and create meaningful connections by embracing each other's unique backgrounds through this networking event.
Breakout: From Roadblocks to Results: Unlocking Support for Your LGBTQ+ Projects on Campus
This session will focus on strategies for effectively navigating administrative barriers and obtaining support for LGBTQ+ initiatives in academic and funding contexts. We will discuss best practices for working with university administration, including navigating bureaucratic red tape, advocating for policy changes, and securing funding for LGBTQ+ initiatives. Attendees will leave with practical tools and tips for achieving their goals and making positive change on their campuses.
Breakout: You and Your Mental Health: Addressing Wellness & Mental Health Issues with LGBTQ+ Leaders
LGBTQ+ folks experience issues relating to mental health, handling the pressure of business school and being a queer leader, dealing with identity threat, managing expectations and time commitments. This session would address how to deal with mental health issues within the LGBTQ+ community, creating safe spaces for members, fostering conversation, normalizing mental health care, helping students with essential resources and information.
