WHAT IS ROMBA?
The ROMBA Conference is the world’s largest gathering of LGBTQ+ business students and alumni. The event includes a variety of panels, workshops, receptions, and a career fair with 100 corporate partners across industries recruiting LGBTQ+ MBA talent.
The 2024 ROMBA Conference was held in Los Angeles, CA from September 26-28.
Next year’s ROMBA Conference will take place in New Orleans, LA from September 25-27, 2025.

Romba Competitions
ROMBA competitions are a time-honored tradition where LGBTQ+ or active ally MBAs, graduate students, and alumni vie for the glory of being crowned the winners in case, M&A and startup categories.
