You can view your company’s number of included registrations, number of expo booths, package choices, and enhancements here.
How do I register for the ROMBA Conference?
Registration for the 2026 ROMBA Conference will open on Monday, June 1.
You will be provided with a unique company discount code YOURCOMPANYNAME26 for the number of full registrations included in your partnership level.
Registration prices are as follows:
- Early Bird (June 1 – August 31): $1,200
- Regular (September 1 – September 21): $1,400
- Late (September 22 – October 3): $1,750
A Limited Access Pass is $250. Please note that Limited Access registrants (Career Expo Only) do not have access to meals, workshops, or other conference parts.

How do I make accommodations for the ROMBA Conference?
For the 2026 ROMBA Conference, the room rate for corporate partners is $289/night, not including taxes and fees. The ROMBA rate is effective through Wednesday, September 9. Individual corporate partner room reservations can be made using this link, as well as the link in your conference registration confirmation email.
Corporate Partner group reservations can be made with the hotel. A group booking link will be available when registration opens for up to 10 room reservations. Please reach out to Sadiyah Rashied (srashied@reachingoutmba.org) if more than 10 rooms are required. Pre-payment will be required.
How can I learn more about the logistics for the Career Expo – e.g., shipping/receiving, build outs, move-in/move-out times?
The 2026 ROMBA Career Expo will be held on Friday, October 2, 2:15 pm – 6:15 pm. Booth assignments and the map will be shared by August 31.
We will use Freeman as our drayage company. As the exhibitor, they will handle logistics, initial booth build, and material handling/shipping and receiving. They will also be the vendor for material handling if you plan to ship anything to the expo that you cannot hand-carry into the hall.
How can I access candidate resumes or post jobs?
We utilize a platform called GradLeaders as a resume database, job posting board, and way to identify candidates who may match your recruiting needs.
If you or anyone from your company’s Talent Acquisition team would like to sign up for the GradLeaders platform, please use this link to establish a new company contact as part of your company. If it’s your first time using the platform, please click the link “1st time user? Create Account.” A training session recorded by GradLeaders for our Corporate Partners can be viewed here.
Please note that if your company was a Corporate Partner in previous years, a company profile is likely already set up.
What is a student interest report and how can I access my company’s?
As students register for our conference, they may select your company as one of particular interest to them. You will receive access to those who indicated interest in your company in a personalized report. You will receive your company’s link prior to the opening of conference registration on June 1.
My company receives an eligible speaking opportunity as part of our benefits package. How can we sign up for one?
Companies at the Garnet level ($15,000+) receive priority access to nominate speakers for conference sessions and workshops. Our conference agenda will be available in early June.
Eligible partners may begin submitting speaker nominations on June 8, 2026. We will share the speaker nomination form with eligible partners prior to that date.
In addition, select partners may be invited to nominate representatives for main stage plenary opportunities. These opportunities will be announced in mid-June and include: Friday Lunch & Keynote Plenary, Breakfast & Opening Keynote Plenary and Main Stage Perspectives. Please note that main stage opportunities require both significant speaking experience and appropriate seniority.
Speaking opportunities are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a rolling basis. The priority nomination window closes on July 31, 2026, though submissions may continue if space remains available.
Key Dates:
- June 8, 2026 — Speaker nominations open
- July 31, 2026 — Priority nomination window closes
- August 28, 2026 — Final speaker submission deadline
After August 28, submissions may only be considered if Reaching Out MBA has a specific programming need.
Once a speaker is confirmed, we will provide a unique registration link and discount code. Confirmed speaker registrations are complimentary and do not count against the registrations included in your partnership package.
Please note that all dates are subject to change.
My company selected a semi-private conversation space as part of our benefits package. How can we find out where our space is as well as the hours for the space?
Your company Conversation Space(s) may be used on Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, hours TBD. Each semi-private conversation space is an 8’x8’ draped area with three (3) chairs, a small table, and signage on the exterior to designate that space as yours. Semi-private conversation space selections can be viewed here.
The space(s) will be located in a pre-designated area, and the map will be shared by August 31, 2026.
My company receives an ad in the conference program as part of our benefits package, what are the specs?
Please ensure that your ad adheres to ROMBA’s specific requirements, as outlined below. All ads must be submitted by Monday, August 31. Please send your ads to Sadiyah Rashied at srashied@reachingoutmba.org by the deadline.
Specs for a full-page ad:
– CMYK

My company selected a designated meal table as part of our benefits package. How can I find out more about how this benefit works?
Companies that selected a Partner Networking Table as part of their partnership package may view their selected meal(s) and number of tables here.
Each table seats ten (10) attendees. When you arrive at your selected meal, your company name will be displayed on the table.
We encourage partners to use tools such as the student interest report, GradLeaders, or direct outreach to invite students and alumni to join them. These tables are designed to create more personal opportunities for conversation, networking, and relationship-building during the conference.
If your company would like to request a change to its selected meal, please contact us at srashied@reachingoutmba.org.
Please note that Reaching Out MBA reserves the right to seat additional attendees at partially unfilled tables once the meal begins.
How can I submit a job listing or social media post that is included in our partnership benefits?
If you are a ROMBA partner at the Garnet ($15,000) level or higher, you may receive one or more of the following benefits. Use this form to engage these benefits.
Job Listings – Garnet & Above: Submit job listings to be shared with the ROMBA community. This benefit allows you to post your job listing and include an image. Check your corporate partnership package for your job listing quota. Refer to the master calendar for all job listing deadlines.
Social Media Posts – National Partners ($40,000+): Share your text and visual assets, add a link, and choose the platforms you want to target – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and/or Instagram. This benefit is available year-round, not just during the conference season. Schedule your posts in advance for added convenience.

What is the PRIZM Experience?
The PRIZM Experience is a dedicated professional engagement experience within the ROMBA Conference, designed to support the professional development, connection, and career exploration of LGBTQ+ professionals at multiple stages of their career journeys.
PRIZM programming focuses on professional development and leadership engagement, designed for more advanced, post-MBA career conversations and connection.
Complementing this, the Career Expo – Professional & Full-Time Opportunities Exchange provides access to full-time career opportunities and networking for all attendees seeking full-time roles.
Together, these experiences create a space where participants can build meaningful connections, engage in professional growth, and explore career opportunities within an inclusive and supportive community.
What Do ROMBA Partners Receive Through PRIZM?
All ROMBA partners have the opportunity to participate in the PRIZM Experience as part of the conference. Partners can engage in PRIZM programming for their own professional development and to network with attendees. Partners are also encouraged to participate in the Career Expo: Professional & Full-Time Opportunities Exchange to connect with attendees exploring full-time roles.
This provides access to both professional engagement and full-time recruiting opportunities within the PRIZM Experience.
What is the included in the PRIZM Experience Enhancement?
The PRIZM Experience Enhancement provides elevated visibility and engagement within the PRIZM Experience, positioning your organization more prominently within both programming and the Career Expo. This enhancement is included for Diamond and Underwriter partners and available to all other partners as a $5,000 add-on.
