This summer, Reaching Out MBA aims to raise $20,000 for our Student Access Fund. The Fund will enable a more diverse group of students to engage our 2024 ROMBA Conference. Your donation provides essential access to students who might otherwise miss this transformative event.
We’re committed to enabling forty (40) LGBTQ+ students to attend the ROMBA Conference this fall, each benefiting from a $500 travel stipend. This effort not only reduces financial barriers but also adds diverse voices and perspectives to the conference.
At the ROMBA Conference, students build crucial relationships with peers and LGBTQ+ executives from top companies, creating impactful career opportunities. And, this year, for the first time, we are launching PRIZM, the conference offering for LGBTQ+ experienced talent. Help us build our reach and make a stronger impact!
