Reaching Out is more than ROMBA! For more than 20 years, Reaching Out has grown to include a range of events that educate, inspire, and connect an increasingly diverse LGBTQ+ MBA community. PRIZM is a new multi-day event for post-MBAs and other experienced, mid-career business professionals. The first PRIZM event will take place September 27-29, 2024, in Los Angeles in conjunction with this year’s ROMBA Conference. Designed to help LGBTQ+ professionals see their careers in a new light, PRIZM will include professionally facilitated educational workshops, recruiting opportunities including coffee chats, a special reception, and other networking events. PRIZM attendees will also have access to select elements of the ROMBA Conference.
The target audience for the first PRIZM conference is professionals with 2-7 years of post-graduate school experience or equivalent looking to build leadership skills through an LGBTQ+ lens.
