Reaching Out MBA Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Reaching Out MBA reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized codes.
2. Please note that photographers will be capturing photos and video of attendees at the conference which may be used on our website and in our promotional materials such as newsletters and social media posts.
3. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed.
4. Reaching Out MBA cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from Reaching Out MBA.
5. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
6. Capacity may be limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Information provided at registration will be imported to Reaching Out MBA’s database. If you wish to have your information removed from Reaching Out’s database, please send a request to info@reachingoutmba.org.
