Thank you for partnering with us at our 2024 ROMBA Conference! We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to conveniently provide you with the information you need to get ready for the conference.

Corporate Partner FAQs

How do I register for the ROMBA Conference?

ROMBA Conference registration will open on June 1. You will be provided with a company discount code good for the number of full registrations included in your partnership level.

Do you have a master calendar for corporate partners?

Yes, we have a calendar for our partners, complete with all of our events, milestones, and deadlines. Our calendar is maintained as a Google sheet here and will be updated as deadlines become available. A static version is available here

How can I access GradLeaders, the jobs board and CV database used by Reaching Out MBA?

If your company was a Corporate Partner in 2023, you will have access to GradLeaders. Please note that only last year’s students and talent will be on the platform until June 1. However, please feel free to post and promote positions to students currently on GradLeaders.

If you or anyone from your company’s Talent Acquisition team would like to sign up for the GradLeaders platform, please use this link to establish a new company contact as part of your company. If it’s your first time using the platform, please click the link “1st time user? Create Account.” Reaching Out MBA and GradLeaders also hosted a training session for our Corporate Partners in 2023. If your company is a new Corporate Partner in 2024, you will have access to GradLeaders and the new talent pool on June 1.

How do I make accommodations for the ROMBA Conference?

The 2024 ROMBA Conference will be held at the Westin Bonaventure Los Angeles. If you’re interested in a hotel sub-block, please hold off on booking your rooms until registration opens.

How do I access my benefits?

The first round of company logos will be published on our website in March. Your company logo will be added within a week of your company signing up. All other benefits will be communicated starting June 1.
