As a corporate partner interested in engaging with mid-career talent from the ROMBA alumni community, could you clarify the associated costs and specific actions required from our company to participate in PRIZM and related programming?

As part of our commitment to enhancing partnership value, we are integrating these new programming opportunities into your existing partnerships without any additional cost this year. Here’s what you can expect and what we ask in return:

Benefits Included:

Visibility: Your company logo will feature in a targeted marketing campaign.
Conference Perks: Receive one additional complimentary registration for a recruiter dedicated to this talent pool, a free interview space at the ROMBA conference upon request for coffee chats, and, most importantly, access to all conference program sessions for your team.
Recruitment Tools: Benefit from ten (10) complimentary job posting announcements and exclusive access to seasoned talent CVs via GradLeaders.
Networking Opportunities: Exclusive invitations for two (2) company representatives to a special networking reception held concurrently with the ROMBA conference and inclusion in two forthcoming virtual engagements.

Expectations from Your Company:

Event Participation: Attend pivotal Reaching Out MBA events tailored for mid-career professionals, including the PRIZM at ROMBA, with at least one dedicated, experienced recruiter who can discuss your company’s mid-career opportunities.
Job Postings: Post a minimum of five (5) full-time employment opportunities suitable for this talent segment.
Active Engagement: Participate fully in PRIZM and at least one (1) of our two planned virtual events in 2025, and maintain a presence at a minimum of two ROMBA regional events, which may feature local LGBTQ+ ERG members, poster boards, or palm cards with a QR code.

Future Collaboration:

We value your feedback and will seek your input later in the year on how to enhance these offerings. This will help us as we consider implementing a payment structure for future programs.

This structured approach ensures your company maximizes its benefits and engages meaningfully with a highly skilled and diverse talent pool, reinforcing your commitment to inclusivity and professional development.

How can I access GradLeaders, the jobs board and CV database used by Reaching Out MBA?

If your company was a Corporate Partner in 2023, you will have access to GradLeaders. Please note that only last year’s students and talent will be on the platform until early June. However, please feel free to post and promote positions to students currently on GradLeaders.

If you or anyone from your company’s Talent Acquisition team would like to sign up for the GradLeaders platform, please use this link to establish a new company contact as part of your company. If it’s your first time using the platform, please click the link “1st time user? Create Account.” Reaching Out MBA and GradLeaders also hosted a training session for our Corporate Partners in 2023. Click here to view the recorded training session.

If your company is a new Corporate Partner in 2024, you will have access to GradLeaders and the new talent pool in early June.

What is a student interest report and how can I access my company’s?

As students register for our conference, they may select your company as one of particular interest to them. A specially generated link will enable you to access your Student Interest Report. Each time you download the report, it will be updated dynamically as new students register and pick your company. You will receive your company’s link from Sadiyah Rashied, srashied@reachingoutmba.org, in June.

My company receives an eligible speaking opportunity as part of our benefits package. How can we sign up for one?

If your company receives one or more speaking opportunities, you will be eligible to nominate speakers starting on Monday, June 17. The list of available speaking opportunities and our agenda will be available to view in late May.

Please note that speaking opportunities are not guaranteed. You can maximize your chances of acquiring a speaking placement by helping us achieve our DEI goals. For more information, go here. The final deadline to submit speakers is Friday, September 6. After that date, we may accept submissions and make placements, only if Reaching Out MBA needs particular speaker placements. As speakers are confirmed, we will include a unique link and discount code for speakers to register. Your speaker registration(s) is/are separate from your full conference registrations.

My company selected a designated meal table as part of our benefits package. How can I find out more about how this benefit works?

The designated meal table covers either our Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, or Saturday dinner. Each table seats ten (10) people. When you arrive at the meal(s) you designated as your choice, you will see your company’s name on the table. Please feel free to use our student interest report, GradLeaders, or other tools you are using to extend invitations to students or alumni to join you at your table. This is a good way to get to know our registrants better. Reaching Out MBA reserves the right to seat additional registrants at your table, if there are any unfilled seats at the start of the meal. Table assignments will be available during the summer.

My company selected an interview booth as part of our benefits package. How can we find out where our booth is as well as the hours for the booth?

If an Interview Booth is a part of your selected benefits, you may use your booth(s) on Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28. The exact times and booth assignments will be communicated this summer. The booth(s) will be located in a pre-designated area. Each semi-private booth space is an 8’x8’ draped area with three (3) chairs, a small table, and signage on the exterior to designate that space as yours.

What is the Networking Lounge?

The Networking Lounge is appropriate for professional networking, small group meet-ups, affinity groups, a coffee chat, and/or work space for individuals and small groups (up to six folks). Reaching Out MBA will offer featured coffee breaks in this space on Friday (presented by PwC) and Saturday (presented by Pfizer). Location and times will be communicated this summer.

How can I create a social media post, job listing, newsletter ad, or company spotlight that is included in our partnership benefits?

If you partner with Reaching Out MBA at the Garnet level or higher, you may receive one or more of the aforementioned benefits. Please use this link to access our online Corporate Partner Social Media form. The form allows you to share your text and visual assets, add a link, and choose which platforms you would like to target – e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and IG. This benefit may be used at any time during the year, not just during the conference season. Additionally, our form allows you to schedule a post in advance for your convenience. Please use this link to submit a job posting that will be included in our next digital distribution. Please use this link to upload your newsletter ad. And, finally, you may use this link to send us the information for your event or company spotlight (for Emerald, Diamond, and Underwriter partners only).

I was not able to attend the Corporate Partner Orientation. How can I view the content?

If you were unable to join the orientation, you can access the recorded meeting via Zoom using this link. Additionally, the agenda is attached here for your review. The recording is approximately 35 minutes and covers partner benefits such as GradLeaders and student interest reports, company receptions, and logistics including how to book a sub-block of rooms.
