Retreat for the 2025 Cohort
Each summer, the incoming cohort gathers for a retreat to build their LGBTQ+* network, develop leadership skills by working with our corporate partners, network with ROMBA alumni, and learn how Reaching Out can support their careers both while in school and post-MBA.
The retreat for the 2024 Fellowship cohort will take place from July 25-27, 2025 in Philadelphia. Programming will be held on Friday evening and all day Saturday with travel to take place Friday morning and Sunday.
