WHAT IS PRIZM?
PRIZM is a new multi-day event for post-MBAs and other experienced, mid-career LGBTQ+ business professionals. Our first PRIZM Conference took place September 27-29, 2024, in Los Angeles in conjunction with this year’s ROMBA Conference.
While the ROMBA Conference provides a unique opportunity for MBA students and early-career professionals, we recognize that experienced, mid-career professionals are looking for different insights and ways to drive career growth and enable networking.
The target audience for the first PRIZM conference is professionals with 2-7 years of post-graduate school experience or equivalent looking to build leadership skills through an LGBTQ+ lens. Find out more about PRIZM on our FAQ page.
Next year’s PRIZM Conference will take place in New Orleans, LA in Fall 2025.
