WHAT IS ROMBA?
The ROMBA Conference is the world’s largest gathering of LGBTQ+ business students and alumni. The event includes a variety of panels, workshops, receptions, and a career fair with dozens corporate partners across industries recruiting MBA talent.
The 2026 ROMBA Conference will take place in Dallas, TX from October 1-3, 2026.
Registration will open in the spring.
